This past Saturday, 6 young ladies represented Eagle Nation and Crockett Middle School at the Monahan's Junior Golf Tournament. For all, but one, of them this was their first tournament and first time playing 18 holes. They did excellent! They all had a lot of great golf shots and kept a positive attitude throughout the tournament. Even with their lack of experience, they only finished out of 2nd place by 25 strokes. This is pretty amazing and I look for great things for them in the future.
If you happen to see these young ladies in the hallway, or your classrooms, please let them know how proud you are of them---they DESERVE it!!!
